Artisan Bitters

Originally marketed as a medicinal tonic, bitters are a concentration of select natural herbs, fruits and spices now used primarily as a flavouring agent for cocktail and culinary creations ranging from savoury to sweet. By the dash or the drop, each creation offers an intricate range of complex flavours that perfectly accentuates food, spirits and even sparkling water.

Western Haskap Bitters

Dark tannic berry notes. Herbaceous, earthy character and subtle hints of anise, cocoa, and licorice.

Denman Bitters

This aromatic extract is inherently spicy and complex, a celebration of Vancouver’s “Denman Street” with a rich combination of several Asian & sub-Gobi cultural spices!

Plum and Rootbeer Bitters

An Ayurvedic blend of barks and roots, with an inherently “hot” palate of warm spices. A touch of prune plums rounds out the palate and help give the bitters its balanced richness.

Zingiber Crabapple Bitters

Heavy notes of crisp, tart apple, ginger, turmeric, cardamom and South Indian spices, bitter cinchona bark, and cinnamon. Crabapple season is brief, and the apples are captured at their peak, grown and harvested in BC.

Suius Cherry Bitters

The Suius Cherry bitters is a unique combination of herbs, spices, roots, and barks, lightly sweetened to balance with sun-drenched lapin cherries from the South Okanagan Valley, BC.

Cascade Celery Bitters

The Cascade Celery bitters are savory and floral with expressions of summertime green herbs; notes of celery, dill, and caraway, the floral character of hops and chamomile and the bittering power of angelica and dandelion.

Condesa Aromatic Bitters

Gastown Aromatic Bitters

Palermo Aromatic Bitters
