Canadian Mustard

Amazing Maple

A Canadian classic. Sweet with a bite, this mustard is made with real Canadian Maple Syrup. Great as a glaze with salmon, turkey, or ham or straight out of the jar as a dip for vegetables, meats, and seafood.

Dijon Classique

Made with white wine vinegar and cracked brown and yellow mustard seeds, this mustard is perfect for deli sandwiches, cheeses, seafood, vegetables, grilled meats, pot-au-feu, and sausages.

Triple Crunch

Taste and texture come together in this blend of three different types of whole mustard seed, Canadian whisky, and honey. Great as a rub on pork roasts, served with foie gras as well as raw oysters.

Balsamic Figs & Dates

Savory and sweet rich flavor of fruits, balsamic vinegar, sherry, and vanilla. Pairs well with pheasant, duck, sausages, game, charcuterie and in salad dressings.

Mustard Powders

You can make your own mustard by first macerating the seeds in wine, vinegar, or water. Grind them into a smooth paste, add herbs and spices such as tarragon, turmeric, garlic, pepper, paprika or any others that you prefer to give your homemade mustard its own unique taste.

Mild Yellow

Yellow powder is used mainly as an emulsifier in dressings, sauces, and condiments. Yellow mustard seeds are used in pickling and dressings.

Medium Brown

Brown seeds and powders are typical of French and Indian cuisine.

Hot Oriental 

Spicy mustard powder is typical of English and Chinese mustards.
